Content Policy

What you can create

Portraits, headshots, product photos, landscapes, pets, food, architecture, fantasy scenes, illustrations, posters and edits of your own photos are all welcome, as long as they follow the rules below.

What is not allowed

You may not use AI Photo Generator to create or upload:

• Nudity, sexual, or sexually explicit content of any kind, including “undressing” or revealing edits of a real person’s photo.
• Any sexualized content involving minors, or anything that sexualizes someone who looks like a minor.
• Images of real people made without their consent, or used to impersonate them, imply their endorsement, or damage their reputation.
• Realistic fake images meant to deceive, such as fake news photos, fake documents, or fake evidence.
• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or violent material, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights, including their trademarks and artwork.

Photos you upload

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. If a photo shows a person, you confirm that they are an adult (18+) or that you have the right to edit their image, and that you will not use the result against them.

How we enforce it

Prompts, uploads and results are checked automatically, and content that breaks this policy is blocked. Repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account. Where the law requires it, in particular anything involving minors, we report to the relevant authorities.

The free and premium models follow the same content policy. Choosing a different model changes quality and speed, never what is allowed.
