Who can use AI Photo Generator

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and agree to these terms.

What you can upload

You may upload photos you own or have permission to use. You must not upload:

• Photos of people who have not consented to having their image used in this way (including minors).
• Photos that depict sexual content, violence, or illegal activity.
• Photos of public figures used to imply endorsement, political messaging, or defamation.
• Copyrighted material you do not have the rights to use.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

What you may not create

You may not use the service to create sexual or nude imagery, any sexualized image of a minor, realistic images meant to deceive people or harm a real person’s reputation, or content that promotes violence, hate or illegal activity. Prompts, uploads and results are checked automatically, and requests that break these rules are blocked. Attempts to bypass these safeguards may result in account termination and, where applicable, reports to the relevant authorities. The full rules are in our Content Policy.

Ownership of generated images

You retain ownership of the images you generate using AI Photo Generator. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated output for any lawful purpose, including commercial use such as product photos, marketing, and social posts.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the photos you upload and for how you use the results. Images that copy someone else’s brand, artwork or likeness without permission remain your responsibility.

Credits and payment

The free model has a daily image limit, shown on the site. Eligible new accounts also receive free credits when they sign up, and signed-in users can claim daily credits, for the premium models. Free limits and credits are subject to the displayed cooldowns and abuse-prevention limits. Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value. Paid memberships and credit packs grant the amounts shown at checkout. If an image fails to generate, the credits for it are returned.

Availability

AI Photo Generator is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee specific uptime.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing the address below. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent rate limits and safety guardrails. On termination your generations remain available for export for 30 days unless legally required to delete sooner.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to signed-in users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
